2-3 years of industry experience
ASP.NET, C# 3/4
SQL Server 2005-2008, ADO.NET, SQL Stored Procedures
Knowledge of OOPS at least on C# front
.Net Framework 4.0 is desirable
Knowledge of WPF is desirable
JavaScript, AJAX, JQuery, Crystal Reports exposure is desirable
Strong analytical and problem solving abilities, communication skills and basic understanding of processes

3-5 years of experience in a similar position
Excellent communication, both written and oral, and presentation skills
Travelling to training locations and coordinating activities
Maintain training data and metrics
Interface with prospects/customers and manage their expectations by providing necessary information
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point etc.) and operating a PC
Ability to operate related computer software and business equipment including 10-key, telephone, VCR/DVD player, LCD &/or overhead projector, and other related training aids.
Comprehensive knowledge of techniques and philosophies of adult education
Background in IT is recommended

1-2 years of experience in Android™ training
Experience in Android™ OS level as well as commercial grade application programing
Android's APIs for data storage, retrieval, user preferences, files, databases, and content providers
Location-based services, geocoder, compass sensors, and create rich map-based applications
Android's communication APIs for SMS, telephony, network management, and internet resources (HTTP)
Ability to secure, tune, package, and deploy Android™ applications
