Raj Varshney
Founder and CEO
Raj has 26+ years of rich experience in managing IT services and products across the globe. He has been responsible for managing medium to large global teams delivering onsite-offshore custom development, testing, product development, transition, integration and maintenance & support type of projects.
He has been lead member of teams responsible for assessment/audit to various levels of process maturity in the quality journey of some IT organizations, also having implemented and authored processes of CMM level 5 or equivalent.
Raj’s earlier experience includes stints at tier-1 global IT services companies like TCS, Tech Mahindra delivering solutions to several fortune 500 companies across the world.
Raj founded e2Serv Technologies in the year 2011 with a vision to transform services delivery paradigm. Apart from setting-up IT services vertical, a profitable and growing revenue stream since inception, he conceptualized and built a technology framework called APPEX with a team of experts. APPEX is acronym for Application Express, for it allows building an application in a real quick time. APPEX Online is emerging as a complete Application Development platform for building world class enterprise applications through simple configurations, almost without the need for any coding. These applications are available anywhere, on any device, on any platform, and can be built at 3-4 times the pace that any other method would take. This quick turnaround also results in proportionate reduction in cost, delivering real value for money to the customer.
His vision is to build effective and sustainable enterprise which believes in delivering high quality simple solutions through synergy across people, processes and technology.
Raj is an alumnus of IIT Bombay.
Abha Gupta
Head – Finance and Accounting
Abha is a first class graduate from Mumbai University (Commerce) and a member of the Institute of Chartered accountants of India since 1997.
Abha started her career working for a mid size enterprise and has accumulated experience in handling finance, taxation and accounts. She has handled independent assignments including accounting software implementation, special audits including cost saving, direct & indirect tax.
In her spare time Abha enjoys reading, travelling and home improvements.
Santosh Kumar Prajapati
Head – Solution Delivery
Santosh has 12 years experience in Microsoft Technologies. His IT experience includes development, analysis and design of client/server based n-tier applications. He is expert in solution design/architecture of web based/windows applications, and WCF services.
He has excellent problem-solving and interpersonal skills. His domain expertise is in insurance, logistics, advertisements, publication, share transfer solutions of RTA (Registrar and Transfer Agents) etc.
Prior to this assignment he has worked with leading multinationals, Accenture and Capgemini.
